Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. During periods of high demand or custom requests, processing times may be extended. If a delay occurs, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within the United States using our standard shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. OA Designs By Court is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Local Pickup

Local Pickup is available during checkout.

To protect the privacy and security of our customers and business, the pickup location is not displayed publicly. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a separate email containing the pickup address, pickup hours, and pickup instructions.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help.
