Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or an error was made on our part.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@oadesignsbycourt.com and include photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request.

If we determine that a replacement or refund is appropriate, we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
